OUR PROCESS

Obligation-free appointment

• You make an appointment and we meet to review the pieces you want to reimagine and discuss your ideas or look at some of our current designs.
  
• At the appointment we will refine any ideas on design and materials or help solve any problems.
  
• We will then be able to advise on options, timeframes and quotations.

Pre-appointment homework

• To begin the process browse our collections and the bespoke gallery.
  
• Please fill out this form to tell us all about what you are looking for. This will provide us with information about your style choices and preferences, and builds a strong picture of your dream design.
  
• From here we will have a good understanding of what you require before we meet.
  

Review your design and quote

• Our designer will then set to work on creating a unique design, made specially for you.
  
• We will send you a digitally rendered drawing of your final piece and a quote outlining all of the details for your confirmation.

Confirm your order

• After the quote and drawings are approved, a 50% deposit is required to secure our services and any additional materials.
  

Production

• Your order will then begin production with the balance due on completion.
  
• Production times vary from 4 to 8 weeks depending on the project. We will update you throughout the process.
  

You show your new heirloom to the world!

• Upon receipt of final payment, your reimagined piece will be ready for collection or will be dispatched securely to you.
  
• And you can start creating new memories to add to the existing story of your heirloom piece.
