  I genuinely don’t know how to put into words how incredible my experience with Bianca at White November has been. My ring is everything I ever dreamed of and somehow even more beautiful than I imagined it could be. I knew it was going to be stunning, but when I finally saw it, I was completely blown away. I honestly cannot stop looking at it.
  
  Bianca made the entire process so special. She is incredibly talented and creative, but beyond that, she is just the loveliest person to work with, warm, honest, kind and genuinely invested in creating something that you absolutely love.
  
  I should also add that I was probably not the easiest client 😂 I went back and forth more times than I can count, changed my mind, changed the design, questioned my decisions and came to Bianca with what felt like a thousand different ideas along the way. Not once did she make me feel difficult or rushed. She was unbelievably patient and reassuring throughout the entire process and made me feel so comfortable taking my time until we landed on something that felt completely right. She genuinely cared about me loving the end result, and I always felt supported rather than pressured into making a decision. especially with something as sentimental and important as this.
  
  And the finished ring… I am honestly still in shock at how beautiful it is. It feels so unique and beautifully considered, the craftsmanship is incredible, and somehow, despite being such a statement, it is also unbelievably comfortable to wear. I truly couldn’t have dreamt up a more perfect ring.
  
  That’s also what I love so much about White November, Bianca’s pieces never feel like something you’ve seen a hundred times before. Everything she creates feels so distinctive and special, and you can see the thought and care that goes into every tiny detail.
  
  I am completely over the moon and could not recommend Bianca and White November more highly. Whether you’re getting engaged, designing your wedding rings, creating something special from scratch or redesigning a piece you already own, I would recommend her a thousand times over.

  I’ve been a long time follower of White November, especially the remodelling of heirloom jewels. I had two rings that I no longer wore, Bianca was able to design a beautiful piece for me with the stones and gold from those and sourced extra stones for me as needed. I was provided with initial sketches soon after our consult and then offical cad drawings once we settled on the final design. The final product turned out far beyond my expectations and I am so pleased with my bespoke ring, this week alone I’ve had countless compliments.

  Bianca was the best jeweller to design my engagement ring. I found her on Instagram and thought I wanted something super out there but I went in to try different options on and turns out I needed something simple and dainty. However, I still wanted an art deco twist. She was so great and nothing was impossible. We ended up putting diamonds underneath the marquise and then my partners birthstone in the setting. After stumbling across White November’s instagram page I knew pretty quickly that Bianca was the one!   I had stumbled across White Novembers instagram page and instantly fell in love with the aesthetic, so when it came time to getting my engagement ring made I told my partner I already knew where I wanted to make an appointment. From our first meeting with Bianca we felt so comfortable and excited to create something magical!   From start to finish Bianca was extremely professional, kind and responsive. We started with an idea to recreate an engagement ring with an existing diamond and source a second through her.   My fiancé and I were in the midst of lockdown when we had to start planning our wedding rings. It therefore wasn’t possible for us to visit a store or to try on any rings - we didn’t even know our ring sizes! I reached out to Bianca and I am so glad that I did. She was extremely helpful, from dropping a ring sizer in our letterbox to assisting with design ideas and replying to so many messages back and forth. I loved the design of the Pleiades ring, a previous design of White November Jewellery, but I wanted to make it my own and to add some personal meaning into my ring. Bianca was only delighted to make this happen, adding in a green emerald in replace of a diamond representing the Green Emerald Isle (Ireland) and an engraving of a claddagh on the inside. Ronan’s ring has this engraving too. It was more difficult for him to envisage what would suit and to decide on a design/metal/ring width, etc. but again Bianca made the process so easy and enjoyable - all from our couch. It was a blessing in disguise really!! We love our rings and would highly recommend White November Jewellery if you’re looking to create something that’s unique for a reasonable price.

  After my grandmother passed, a precious family heirloom ring was given to my now husband as a future engagement ring. Bianca restored the ring to its original shine, re-plating, resizing and repositioning the hand cut stone which was slightly off centre. The difference was unbelievable, it shined like brand new and special in so many ways. When the time came to design our wedding bands, Bianca was the only designer we could trust. Given the complex style of my ring, there were many CAD drawings going back and forth, to ensure the design was perfect. This would be a ring I could never try on in physical form until the final product was made, so a lot of trust went into this CAD. Bianca absolutely nailed it! So much so, you would think the wedding band came as a set with the engagement ring all those years ago.
  
  The quality of my ring is solid and met out budget expectations. Bianca also created a simple wedding band for my husband… not too round, not too square, again the result was high quality in style, design and budget expectation. I cannot thank Bianca enough for answering every question along this journey, for going back to the CAD design many times and providing multiple options, Bianca is such a talented professional and I would highly recommend her to those wanting something just a little more unique. We could not be happier to have had White November as part of our special day and for life!

  My fiancé and I got engaged two years ago but decided that we would pick a ring out together once we got a feel for designs that I liked etc. So began the hunt for the perfect ring and amongst all the beautiful rings and stones I fell in love with a teal sapphire, more particularly when it was in a three stone setting with side baguettes. I searched and contacted what seemed like every jeweller in Australia all who either turned me away, told me my stone was to hard to source or gave me an outrageous quote. That went on for a year, and then I found the beautiful Bianca at White November. From the moment I contacted her with my dream design she came back straight away with endless possibilities, ideas, pictures of stones and all within my budget! She was a god send for me at this time, finally I had found someone who saw my vision and was helping bringing it to life! She sourced numerous teal sapphires (all stunning and sourced from QLD) for me until we found the perfect one that just took my breathe away! From there we agreed on ring size, metal and the beautiful white sapphire side baguettes and off it went to be brought to life and then we had this beautiful ring in our hot little hands in the quickest turn around time ever!! (Even during all the fun of Covid!) The ring was literally my dream come to life and it was finally sitting on my finger all thanks to Bianca!! I literally could not (and still) keep staring at it, I was in awe. I couldn’t even fault White November if I tried! From the moment I emailed at the beginning to the end result Bianca has been nothing but amazing - constantly keeping me updated, sending me designs and pictures and all still sticking within our budget.
