THE WHITE NOVEMBER GUARANTEE

All White November rings carry our White November Hallmark to guarantee the quality of the gemstones, the fine craftsmanship and the purity of the metal. Each ring and jewellery piece passes strict quality controls to ensure that is is of an exceptional standard.

Your White November piece is guaranteed against any manufacturing defect subject to the following terms and conditions:

If, in the unlikely event the items is found by our experts to have a manufacturing fault, it shall be rectified free of charge unless the item has been damaged due to -

* Mishandling or inappropriate use, ( knocks, dents, crushing, exposing ring to hard blows, rough work, heavy sporting activities, etc).

*Alteration, manipulation or repair by anyone other than White November. 

*Failure to obtain repairs required to maintain the integrity of the item.  

*Normal everyday wear-and-tear.

Proof of purchase must be provided. 

 

RETURNS

Please note that White November has a 7 day returns policy for the any product in the silver range: Any items to be returned or exchanged must be shipped/postmarked within 7 days of delivery date. Please email Bianca@whitenovember.com.au if you wish to make a return.

All precious metal pieces (gold, platinum) are made to order and cannot be exchanged or returned for change of mind.

If you would like to see the collection in person before making a purchase through the website, please make a time to view in our Melbourne studio, by contacting Bianca@Whitenovember.com.au or by visiting one of our stockists close to you. 

We can also work with you closely over email with photographs and video clips of stones and the piece you are interested in to help assist with your purchase.

 


 

REPAIRS

We will repair any manufacturing fault at no cost within 6 months of the purchase date. Proof of purchase is required.

Manufacturing faults do not include:

• Chipped, cracked or broken gemstones.

• Broken chains.

• General wear and tear including rings that have bent out of shape or oxidised.

• Plating that has worn off

    If you would like any of the above repairs made, we can assess the damage and will let you know the cost before proceeding. Any item that was purchased outside of the 6 month warranty period will be charged for repair/replacement.

      SHIPPING TIME

      Your shopping cart displays the goods you have purchased. In stock items will be dispatched within three working days of receipt of payment and we will email you if there are any delays. Please note if your item is not in stock it will be made to order and therefore may take up to four weeks to be completed before being dispatched. All orders are shipped from Australia

      Orders to destinations within Australia will be sent by Australia post and are tracked. Items may need to be signed for, so if you are not at home we recommend having your item sent to your work address. Items will arrive within 1-3 working days of receiving your tracking information.

       


       

      LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

      If a package does not arrive, or it arrives damaged, please contact us within fourteen days from confirmation of dispatch. We will do everything we can to assist you if you wish to make an insurance claim.

      We are not liable for and will not replace or pay compensation for loss of, or damage to, items we send if:

      • the item is seized by Customs or any other government agency.

      • the item is sent to a country where no postal or courier service exists.

      • the loss or damage is the result of an event beyond our reasonable control.

      • the loss or damage occurs after delivery.

      • the item was authorized to be sent without tracking.

       

      BESPOKE/CUSTOM ORDERS AND PAYMENT 

       

      All deposits are non-refundable.

      For website stock items full payment is required to secure the pieces.

      For all bespoke/custom orders, a 50% deposit is required. Production will not begin until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance will be invoiced upon completion of the piece. Bespoke/Custom orders will be made available for collection or shipping upon receipt of the final balance.
